If construction begins prior to appropriate permits being granted, the following fees will apply:
- Cost of Improvement < $20,000....................... $500 in addition to the regular application fee
- Cost of Improvement > $20,000....................... $1,000 in addition to the regular application fee
Applicants will provide documentation to support the cost determination. If no documents or inadequate documents
are provided, it will be presumed the cost of the improvement exceeded $20,000
- Cost of Improvement < $20,000....................... $500 in addition to the regular application fee
- Cost of Improvement > $20,000....................... $1,000 in addition to the regular application fee
