Sales Information Office Policy: 
We do not research previous sales history.  If you looking for recent sales activity, we encourage you to check out the MN DOR Ecrv webpage  where there is a public search option.   
Limited transfer history is available on our property record cards and is available upon request, but we do not guarantee that all transactions for the parcel are included.  This does not replace a title search.
